Dishes of America is a campaign series of posters and additional merchandise for states in the United States of America highlighting a popular food within the state brought by communities of color. This edition focuses on Texas, the Lone Star State, uplifting the Mexican community and highlighting enchiladas as a staple of Texas cuisine. Without people of color, famous food that shapes America wouldn’t exist. This series is meant to uplift these communities and their existence, because without them, America wouldn’t be America.
